At Ornexa Studio, we aim to get your jewellery delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our fulfillment facility to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

- During promotional events, holiday periods, new collection launches, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

International Orders

We will do our best to help investigate delivery issues; however, final delivery scans are managed by the carrier.
